What is your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit charged to a valid credit card (or valid gift card/gift certificate) is required for securing your appointment. Then the remaining 50% balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

We hope that you never have to cancel your appointment. But if you must cancel, please be aware of our cancellation policy.

For group bookings of 3 or more people, please be sure to cancel at least 4 (FOUR) CALENDAR DAYS before the appointment, otherwise the deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.

For all other bookings, please cancel at least 48 HOURS before the scheduled appointment so that you do not lose the deposit.

Cancellations or No-shows without proper notice will render the deposit NON-REFUNDABLE, which was charged to a valid credit card that was used for booking the appointment (or the equivalent amount shall be forfeited from your gift certificate or gift card).
